This volume comprises the summaries of the contributed papers presented at The Fourteenth International Conference on Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Computing (CC2013) held in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy from 3-6 September 2013. The Civil-Comp conference series began in London in 1983 and so 2013 is the thirtieth anniversary of the first conference. The CC 2013 conference was held concurrently with The Third International Conference on Soft Computing Technology in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering (CSC 2013).
